Turbo Amature

Can anyone tell me a good car to use for the Test Course for the Amature Turbo? I have tried rally cars but the Razo Silvia just flys by me. Any help would be appreciated.

New Beetle RSi, MR2 GT-S, Legacy B4 Blitzen, Silvia Spec R Aero, S4, and Impreza Sedan WRX STi

One of those or any turbo car that is close to these should do it. Just pump it up and make sure to adjust the auto setting on the gear ratios to maximize your top speed.

None of those cars do to good either. I had problems with that race. I did the rest of the cup with a Subaru rally car. I just waited until later to do the test course race. I did it after i finished rally and it gave me the Escudo for all golds

My personal advice, get every license. as soon as you win like a Skyline or other powerhouse that can sustain over 230mph on the test "curse", go directly to 'like the wind', and get the 787b. The mazda that won the LeMans back in the day, it only has a 5 speed, but some one posted that they won a couple of the formula 1 races with it. It drives blindingly fast, handles extremely well and kicks mucho butto.
Other than that, just keep working those prize cars. I am over %35 and only bought 1 car, the trueno, to get started. I am only using the prize cars so far. If you hit an event that bites, skip on ahead, win something very nice and come back...

i remember using Sprinter... it took me a while to get the gear settings right to get away from the competion i think a bit over 150Mph should be enough...
