My 587hp nissan skyline gt-r vspec 3 r33 '95 has he loudest, try it out. it also does 333.57km/h with wide gears on test course

i would say that the loudest turbo is from a car that reaches the highest pressure...

the thing is finding that car... check around for a few, but a super tuned 800hp or so would be a candidate...

or one that has a leak on the turbo!

if the Vitz has a leaking turbo than i guess it would be a candidate...
