I have a question that has to do with cars with turbos. Take the venturi atlantique 300 bi-turbo as an example: in the car´s discription they say it´s turbocharged and the name itself has the "bi-turbo" in it yet you can aplly all the way to turbo stage 4.
I thought that he could indeed have a stage 4 turbo but he would either start its tunning with a stage 3 and then 4 or with a stage 1 and then 2 never managing to do all four upgrades since he already had 2 turbos. If this sounds totally silly don´t just laugh there explain me cause I don´t understand much of mechanics

From what I can understand of your post, this Venturi Atlantique 300 Bi-Turbo is already equipped with 2 turbos when you buy it.

You do now that Turbo Stage 4 doesn't mean putting a 4 turbos in your car? They are just the size of the turbo, they come in 4 different sizes. Stage 1 turbo is a small turbocharge while Stage 4 is a large turbocharge. It may already be twin-turbocharged but you can still upgrade the turbo size.

No I didn´t know. As I said I don´t understand much of mechanics; I really though stage turbos meant different turbos. Thanks for the tip

i think Eddy explains it the best, the bi-trurbo already has turbos, but the question still arises, if you don't add more turbos, then why couldn't you just take out the turbo thats already in it and put the stage 4 in, since you aren't adding more, just replacing.....well i don't know the answere to this question, but it does make you think.......if you really want to know why, ask the people at sony, lol.
