Usually in the morning I go for a smoke and the nicotine helps me with my ‘movements’.
I do find that carb heavy food keeps me regular as opposed to meat protein which can crop up at any time.
There’s a chart out there somewhere which helps diagnose your poo poos, let me see if I can find it.
