I got this car, thinking it will turn on a dime because of all of the downforce and lack of weight, but it has terrible understeer! Obviously, the problem is the suspension, so... I need a good setup, can someone help me?

I've got one at my garage. I can't link to it with my phone, but a link to Clueless Tunes is in my Signature.

ok well in my best experience... ive raced it at daytona and autumn and the thing is tight but its quick. here the basics. ride height max front and rear. spring rate softer in the front harder in the back.. mid range... its personal preference. shock absorber make them softer in the front and soft in the rear. because the car is low slung u want a mid range roll bar like 4 or 5. front camber 2.5 rear 2.3. front toe in .20 rear toe in .25. i have messed much with the LSD or weight. but because there is so much power and torque id suggest adjudsting the lsd accordingly to 5 to 10 on initial torque and acceleration. even out the cars weight to a 53 to 52 in the front if it isnt already. and downforce is a good thing to have and should be adjusted by the track you are on
