This tune was provided by request. It may still need some adjustment in that it seems a little too stable, so feedback can help. I think its amusing that Trevor Wilkenson named the company based on his first name (TreVoR). Ahh the Brits, but then again, who can trust a country that cooks so poorly as to win the bid for the 2012 Olympics-- doesn't London have some of the top rated restaurants in the world? But I diverge.
This car was tuned on sport soft tires with all available modifications including wing, rims and frame stiffener.
brakes 7/9
springs 7.7/8.1
height 93/123
bound 7/7
rebound 8/8
camber 2.6/1.5
stabilizer 3/4
auto 14
asm/o 0
asm/u 0
tcs 3
downforce 30/30
lsd 10/40/15
enjoy

Upon the occasion of the brutal transit bombing this morning, I wish to express my deepest condolences to the people of England. From reports in the news, the populace is faring better than expected, better likely than those in many parts of the world would under similar circumstances. Clearly their stoicism and determination will serve as an inspiration to the rest of us. Please remember to love your neighbor as you would your brother.

thats a nice looking setup. i didnt request it but im going to try it out.
btw you seem to know a lot about tuning, in real life its been explained to me making the front stabilizer harder than the rear provides better turn-in (more oversteer) because your front steering wheels are planted but in GT-4 it seems to be the opposite? like making the front softer causes less resistance against turn-in.. does this actually hinder you coming out of a corner by losing grip in the front end (steering?)

I believe the GT4 physics engine supports balanced settings in relation to front/rear. This seems especially true with stabilizers and dampers, the greater the divergence, the more likely instability will increase. I agree with your real life observations, but I have experienced GT4 cars who's turning radius increased with reduced stabilizers and other cars that worked opposite to that. There seems to be an inordinate emphasis on negative response to rough terrain with the stabilizers. I can not accurately answer your question in regards to turn exit grip. Basically, I manage to sometimes share what works, but thank you for the 👍

I don't care what country you're from. This is NEVER an appropriate comment to make about a city or country. 👎

Do NOT do this again. We will be watching.

Agreed. That was totally inappropriate and you will be asked to leave if you try it again.

On the subject of stabilizers, it is commonly accepted that a rear bar of greater relative stiffness promotes oversteer. In fact, many FWD pilots unbolt or loosen their front bats entirely for tight courses.

Thank you Duke (and Swift) for your input. I adjusted the above tune slightly to incorporate Duke's advice, and I edited the post because I have been listening to NPR at work all morning. My thoughts and concerns are drawn to those we know here that live in or near the stricken area.

wow, dang, the admins and moderators are here cracking down, yall better watch what u say.
my condolences for those lives that were lost.

on the topic of the cars and stabs, ive never really tried the looser front=oversteer, maybe thats where im going wrong. thanks a lot ducke for u input, and my bad about a few threads back.

there, edited to uphold the element of respect and decency that should be expected of anyone who uses these forums and lives in a free society. was relevant news to the thread topic though!

Don't even try it. It was a rude and generally stupid comment to make about people being killed in London. This is a free society, but this is a PRIVATE forum. So the owner can instill whatever rules he sees fit. If you don't like them, feel free to go elsewhere.

And it was NOT relevant to the topic. Just because it happens to be a car made in England doesn't make insulting English people on topic, especially over a tragedy.

theres tragedies everyday. get the stick out of your asses. goodbye!
I thought Canada was supposed to be the most civilized nation on Earth?

Last chance. Warned once, warned twice, next time is the door. Unless you're going to spare us the effort and really leave under your own power. Makes no difference to me.
