During the last days I made this setup for the TVR V8s. Only parts needed are pro suspensions and custom LSD (No gearbox tuning).

Spring rates: 5.0/8.0
Dampers (Bound/Rebound) 4/7; 4/7
Stabilizers 2/6
Camber: 2.0/0.0
Toe 0.0/0.2
Brake bias 5/8
LSD rear 25/50/10
Runs on S2 tyres.
There is still some understeer in medium-fast corners, but it almost disappears as you hit the gas. The brake settings are a bit strange but help preventing the car from understeering while entering tight corners and don't really make the braking feel much worse in any situation.
Don't know if it's much, but I won the 2 English convertible events with a Griffith in them; I played online vs 500pp cars at Trial Mountain and ended in front of a street Impreza 22B and a street Evo V (although being beaten by some race-prepared honda's).
