I have been experimenting with the Impreza LM, and concluded with an awesome setup that has no understeer, insane acceleration and phat handling.

The basic theory was to increase the oversteer to the max, while keeping stability. I also set downforce high for oversteer in high speed corners. VCD is set to 10%, which mades it handle like a rear wheel drive.

Parts needed:
Full customize suspension, brake balance controller, racing muffler, stage 4 turbo, transmission full racing, triple clutch, LSD full customise, A set of slick tyres(hard, med, supersoft).

Settings: Front/Rear
Spring rate: 14.8kgf-mm/12.8kgf-mm
Ride height: 55mm/55mm
Damper bound: 7/7
Damper rebound: 7/7
Camber: 2/1
Toe: 0/0
Stabiliser: 4/5
Brake balance: 10/22
LSD intitial: 5/10
LSD accel: 10/40
LSD decel: 6/16
Gear ratio: auto setup33
Downforce: 0.9/0.75
ASM: 2
TSC: 7
VCD: 10%

Specs:
950hp@7500rpm
95kgm@5500rpm
1150kg
4WD

Comments:
Use supersoft tyres for time trials or races with no tyre damage. Use hard tyres for races with tyre damage (See IMPORTANT below). This car is not that light so tyres will not last very long. This setup gives you a lot of cornering speed and straight speed. Don't set front downforce any higher as the car's straight speed will decease too much.

IMPORTANT: if you are racing a 10+ lap race with tyre damage, and you are using tyres anything harder than soft, you will have to set the rear brake balance lower as the rear tyres will not be able to grip enough when exiting corners. This causes annoying tail slides which slows you down.

Have fun ;)

Sorry oos I just didnt take the time to look at all that. But was just supporting the idea of the impreza being a great car. Good set up, I will try it, thanks.

This is what worked out for me with the CR5 :

Springs : 14.8kgf-mm/12.8kgf-mm
Height: 45mm/45mm
Bound: 3/3
Rebound: 9/9
Camber: 2/1
Toe: 0/-1
Stabiliser: 5/5
Balance: 24/24
LSD intitial: 5
LSD accel: 40
LSD decel: 20
Gear ratio: auto setup38
Downforce: 0.5/0.85
ASM: 5
TCS: 2

Hope it helps u as well.

What is it with you guys and oversteer? Just don't allow the car to oversteer!!!

Nope, low downforce causes understeer, that's why at Monaco you need a high downforce setup so that your car corners faster and better.
