Ultimate Super car race

I want to host a super cars tournament if you will of the best super cars ever made. There will be restrictions as to which cars you can use which I will list below. I plan on racing a variety of different tracks and a variety of different laps depending how long the track is. There will be a ranking system in which every time you obtain a podium finish you will be able to buy upgrades for you car. The top three 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, place will be able to upgrade thier cars as follows. 1st=4,000 2nd=2,500 3rd=1,500. You can spend this money however you want or you can save it and buy more upgrades or one really big one. There will be a series of 10 races total for a "season". It will probably only be 1 race a night. Since this will be the first season I will allow people to join in late. Now for you car restrictions. You will start out with sport softs but you can upgrade if you make enough money. If your car doesnt come with it then buy them. The car must be completely stock. An oil change will be allowed after purchase. You may change the color of your car but you can only use that manufacturers color selection. For example you can buy a red F40 and change it to yellow that was from ferrari. You may not change rims they must remain stock. If the car comes with adjustable aerodynamics you must lower them all the way. You may not upgrade aerodynamic parts on your car even if you have saved up enough. Tuning will not be allowed either such as tranny/suspension however this may change depending on how it goes. Below is the car list: (only premium cars allowed)

Racing rules are as follows:
All aids will be turned off (except abs). Penalties will be in affect. Tire wear/Fuel consumption will will be off as well as mechanical damage and weather for the first season just to see how it goes. There will be qualifying before the race starts. There will also be a grid start with false start check. Boost will be off and disable collision will be off. Sliptream will be weak and grip will be set to real. Racing shall be clean.
Cheating in any way will provide yourself with penalties and maybe disqualified from the season. Cheating such as spending more credits than you earned, tuning your car, using aids, ect...
I will be hosting the races. Im hoping to get 16 people to participate and would prefer there be variety between cars. Racing will be for fun so dont be discouraged to pick your facorite car even though it may lack performance compaired to other cars. I will keep track of everyones rankings in this thread such as your finish position for each race for each driver and how maney credits you have earned and what you spent them on. I may even throw in bonus money if people perform clean overtakes or overall good driving. Maybe leading an entire lap will grant you 500 bonus. I will have highlights after each race with pictures. If your up for joining post your PSN and what car you will driving.

I don't believe the point of this series is street cars, but SUPER-cars.

I like this. Count me in! Of course, as long as the races happen at reasonable times. I'm across the pond (GMT+0). So I'll join you guys depending on the time.

As for the car I'm using, will let you know later. Need to do some testing first.

I think it's because it would be hard to get them as "new". Getting the cars new from the dealership marks the starting point of the series, further down the road, you'll be upgrading them.

EDIT: Dom, I took a look 2 the cars and its a pretty wide range of PP. I don't think you want everyone to have the same car. I'd recommend taking out the 640 sv, acr, slr mclaren, f1, and enzo. I might've missed one. But, yeah.

I'm in. With my favorite car of all time. The mclaren F1. So put me down for F1. But dadi said he might and never said he was wanted the F1. So its open.

Could I make a suggestion maybe make it where you win more money. If you win every race you only get 40,000 and that's not that much. So maybe raise how much money you get and have people get money beyond 3rd.l? Just a suggestions its your comp either way it will be fun.

The f1 has like 50 PP more than any other car. So . . . I wouldn't like it if every had f1's. And life is unfair, but lol, f1 has huge advantage over any other car here.
