Unavailable cars?PS4

I have the downloaded version of the game and some cars are shown as unavailable to drive with a little cloud with an arrow next to them, and when selected it says content unavailable at this time, with a picture of a folder and a disc in the background.
Cars like the R35 nismo and R34 and the 488 gtb for example among others.
Are these cars only available on the hard copy or are they unavailable for everyone?
And if not when and how can i get them unlocked?

I have the disc version, I click on the car and it goes to the PlayStation Store and it says this content cannot be selected at this time, so it is not available yet.

Tow things. Some cars are DLC not released yet and the others are Pre order cars not available to buy yet.

I had the standard disc version of the game, so I went out to the game shop today and trade my standard version for the Prestige Edition, these cars below you get in the game via a redeem code for the disc version.

Yup that's Prestige Pack and it will be available for purchase on Tuesday/Wednesday along with Japanese Pack...

99% sure because Prestige Pack was on Xbox Store since Tuesday for £5,59 but now it's says coming soon my guess is that they made it unavailable because Kunos wants them to be on both Stores from the same day...
