Uninstall AC and Content Manager

I want to do a uninstall re-install of Asseto Corsa and Content Manager because of possible coruption. Besides my modded cars and tracks what should I back-up? I'm having trouble uninstalling Content Manager. Followed instructions from info found on Google, but it's still there, does anybody have a clue?

Why don't you just scan the AC files through Steam searching for wrong or corrupted game files?? Steam won't touch your cars and tracks, just the game files.
