Unknown car in GTP5

Can anyone clarify, Ive seen a car in some of the online races it a sleek concept style car, I dont have a clue what it is...also I cant find it in any of the dealerships...how do I get it???

I havnt got gold on all the S Class licenses...but I have unlocked the
F2007..are their cars you can download...or what am I missing??thanks

i think with n tires it can be used on 750pp races.
