at some point of the challenge i unlock BGM so i can use my music as background
I find the game missing the motivation and the addiction aspect.

Well, the purupse of the game is to give you a major headstart going into Gran Turismo 5. You will probably have all 830 cars by the time GT5 comes out and you won't have to spend too much money on the rest of the cars that will be released with GT5.
The unlockables are the custom music after finishing challenges in A and B, and after finishing H you unlock the ending movie.
the other purpose of the game is to give the people who have a PSP who have never played the GT series a chance to get into the game.

yeah, there was rumor about a Hong Kong course too, but of course that turned out to be wrong. imo, the HK course sucks anyway...

The HK course wasn't bad at all. I enjoy city tracks, and it's definitely not as "linear" and "flat" as the Korea track. That being said, I enjoy all real life tracks

Currently, I have over 900 cars. Head start? Yes, I plan to sell all but 1 of my ZR1's, Veyron's, Enzo's, F2007's and GTR's.

Silly me almost told wikipedia there was a Hong Kong course. I'll triple check at home. I guess I just imagined its map there under City Courses, and also the last GT4 thing I did was improve my Hong Kong guide lap test time, so that's confusing my memory. I always disliked Seoul even more than Hong Kong, actually.

I don't know but I like this version more then the slow grind of the console games. I think the purpose is to collect as many cars as you can and race for the top times. You make your own challenges and get high scores while playing an incredible piece on software on a handheld.

All that said...a championship, with 8 races, close finishes etc...would make the world more fun! (at least give me the sunday cup back...ahhh, days of driving past Hondas in the P001)
