A neat feature IMO would be to have section where you would find cars that are funny and also unusual.

Ice Cream Trucks

Jank Leno Tank Car would be in there as well.

They could bring back some secret cars too.

Jay Leno + Lots of Money + Tank Engine + Mechanical Know-how = Tank Car

IDK what the point of it is, but it not bad at drifting.

IMO it's a great car to use to learn how to shift the weight around, although it's somewhat pointless since you could only get it somewhere in the middle of the game.

I don't drift and I'm a Conan fan, so the Tank Car doesn't interest me much...haha. But if it's a good car to drift than I guess it's not as pointless as I suspected.

I would guess one that doesn't run. Which their are none, so every car has a use!

I think it would be fun to have a reliant robin...

Maybe as free DLC and have a mode for them within existing in-game modes.
I would easily want GT4's unusual cars and other ones like the kind you mentioned and maybe something real obscure only a true or at least fairly dedicated/knowledgable GT fan would know exists like the Pod Cars from GT Concept 2001.
