"Upload Failed" while trying to delete old gifted cars........

Here is the short story. I haven't played GT5 in almost a year and in that time I changed PS3s. When I came back to the game on my new PS3, I saw that I had two gifted cars from my friend. I tried to accept them but they never showed up in my "Items" list. So....figuring that they were no longer gettable, I just decided to delete the gifts. When I tried to delete them though, I got a message saying "upload failed" and the delete process didn't go through.

I restarted my PS3, logged out and back in and did pretty much everything else I can think of, but it didn't work.

So now I have two gifts which I can't accept and I can't delete. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? What do I do? Any way to get rid of the gifted cars?

Try getting someone to send you a paint chip, them select "recieve all" and they should come through.
