Uploading photos

I used to be able to upload or drag photos into the post and it'd put the image there. Now when I do that, it says something a long the lines of picture uploading is unavailable. Is the feature not here anymore?

I only just noticed the IP button, ooohhh.

I'm betting that Jordan either forgot to enable it for everyone or, more likely, ran into a problem and only has it on for Admins (as I don't have it, either) so he can test it.
