Seasonal events are a great and quick way to make money - just a shame that it's only once.
Unless - you create some additional accounts, and then create your own rules (after running the seasonal events on borrowed cars to get the money).
I've created 2 extra accounts.
On the first, the rules are: don't buy any cars, just mod what you can gift from your main account. And try to only use cars won in b-spec, preferably for that event.
On the second: only use cars that have not been won from racing, and that you have never used to win that event. Preferably use cars that are in the 'usual competitors' list - from one of the dealerships. And only use ABS (no TC, manual gears, no driving line, no SR - you should know the tracks by now).
For both new runs/accounts, keep the tire and horsepower upgrades to a minimum (suspension OK).
It's like creating your own seasonal events, and introduces you to a bunch of cars you have not as yet raced.
