Variations in Prize 'Percentage Bonus' for Seasonal Events

I recently began playing GT5 while logged into PSN and have seen the percentage bonus climb quickly from 130% up to 200% with a consistent plateau at 200% for approximately 10 days. I have not played in approximately 5 days and when I logged in and entered GT5 today, the percentage bonus awarded was 170%. Is it supposed to vary or is something a miss? In simplistic terms, will I see 200% again?

It gives you a bonus every DAY you log in, and you lose some of it when you don't

You will always reach 200% if you log in enough days in a row.
