Vector File Type ?

If I do a Vector Brand Search using Google the files that are shown what kind of files are they? I've tried to save them and import them into Inkscape but for some reason I can't seem to save those files for some reason. How can I save these images when I select them?

I was able to figure it out. I was trying to save them using my MAC and I couldn't figure how to do that. All I was doing was right-clicking on the object and then trying to save it from there and i wouldn't save it. So I went to my window PC and this time when I right-clicked and selected save it worked.
