The Volage us the closest of all of Venturi's modern concept cars to actually being produced. It is powered by four alternator sized in-wheel motors that produce a total power of 220kW and peak torque of 171lb/ft. This, combined with its sub 2,400lb kerb weight (thanks to the copious use of carbon fiber) results in a 0-60 time of under 4 seconds. Unfortunately, the top speed is only 100 mph, but the low range acceleration and nimbleness more than make up for it, since the Volage scored better in both slalom and acceleration tests than its main rival - the Tesla Roadster. Battery range on the Volage is a respectable 200 miles, and I think that this fast and pretty looking sports EV would fit in very well on GT, and would give the Tesla a good run for its money...
