im not sure is this is the proper place to post this but here we go anyway. Im 16 years old and play high school basketball. Ive played basketball for about 7 years now and theres one aspect of my game that i want to improve this summer. I am 6"2' and have a vertical somewhere between 26-29". I can dunk but barely. In school ball i play the #4 spot and it would be a great advantage if i could jump higher as i rely on my speed and quickness rather than brute strength. Ok well ill get to the point, i was just wondering if people could tell me possible programs that they have used or heard about that can help me out. I've got friends that are trying AIRALERT just cause they got it free but ive heard stories of guys blowin out their knees so i decided not to do it. So please anybody that may have some information that could help me please do tell. One thing i probably will not consider is spending crazy money for a program, a free/made up program would be best.
