whats better 2002Vette(stock),2002Mustang(stock),or a 2002Firebird(stock)????Same engine size, same muscle heritage, same power!!!The Vettes and firebirds are for me!!!!!But i am voting the vette!!

These are not true "muscle" cars. If you want REAL Muscle cars go the late 60s early 70s when high octane lead based gas was king, thats Muscle car era. Z06, the others suck compared to it

I chose the Ram Air Firebird; pure grunt for such a low price. I think that it costs $75 per horsepower, which is less than any car for sale in America today.

A GT Mustang can hardly compare to the Ram Air Firebird and 'Vette Z06. Maybe a Bullitt or an SVT Cobra 'Stang...

I will agree with M5 about the grunt of the Firebird but it seems the Z06 is the 'best' car listed. Don't know much about the Daytona 500 Firebird though...

i'll assume 2002. um, the firedbird is a v6, don't think ram air is an option. i'm not sure if you mean trans am or formula.

It's pretty obvious that the ZO6 wins,
heck, even the 2003 SVT Mustang Cobra with 390hp is no match against the Vette (power to weight ratio factor). But if I have four guys, I'll stick with the SVT Cobra with the SVT Cobra R body kit (I don't like the front stying of the SVT Cobra).

The Vette wins if performance is your sole criteria or more important than anything else. By that logic a Gremlin with 595 hp could win.

Remember I am a C.O.F. and the Mustang and I were born in the same year. And for the money and pound for pound the Mustang is very cool except for the 1974-1978 models. I am rather partial to the 1970 Boss 429.
