Video Competition Anyone?

I was throwing ideas up on GTP Chat after an interesting conversation and realized that there aren't any Video Competitions.

I was thinking it could be somewhat related to how the PMC's are split

• 
  Photomode Comp's video counterpart could be somewhat like: 3 minute time limit, very minor editing (color correction, sharpening, brightness, contrast,etc.) taken on a certain track with a certain car or have set theme/restrictions weekly

• 2.0 Advanced's video counterpart could be like montages of a certain time limit with certain cars/certain conditions but more freedom is allowed with the montages or something like that

• Photoshop's Comp's video counterpart could be just plain radical video montages but restricted by certain cars/tracks/etc.

The first week could be judged by the host, then the following weeks would be judged by the previous winners (like PMC)

Prizes would be given out to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners (1.07 will make things a little tricky)

does the GTPlanet community think it's a good idea?
