Video Editing Software sugestions

I just got a new Panasonic HDC-SDT750K HD Camcorder and was wondering about editing software. I don’t want to spend more then 300 US so I can stay within my budget.

My PC is a Gateway ID58 and it seems to be powerful enough, It is a 64bit system running Vista Home Premium SP2 w/ 4 Gig of RAM and GeForce® G105M graphics.

Maybe the GPU its not powerful enough, but you can try with Sony Vegas. Its a GREAT software, and with pacience you can do really amazing things.

Thankz "E-S" I'll put a check mark in the Vegas colum. As far as the GPU goes I'm running 64bit OS, I thought that would push it enough so it could handle video processing.
