Video format

What does it need to be for here?
MP4, mov, Avi?
Can't get them to upload for some reason

The site doesn't accept direct video files. Probably because they can be quite large. You need to upload them to the video streaming site of your choice (YouTube usually) and link them to here. On ps4 you can upload directly to YouTube, on Xbox I'm not sure of the process.
