I have noticed some vinyls (like the dragon on the side of Apex Glide Cars) and body upgrades (Such as the hood on the After Mix Cars) tha I don't have. Am I the only one or do other people have the same problem? Please Help.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it was Need For Speed ProStreet, For Playstation 3. I Posted it here for better results.

I don't think the vinyl is available to use on other cars that the ones that is on the team, which is Takeshi Sato's S15 Silvia, Joe Tackett's Civic, Paul Trask's R34 Skyline, Ivan Tarkovsky's Lancer Evo IX, and the Showdown King himself, Ryo Watanabe's Lancer Evo X. Sorry, I looked everywhere in the vinyls section and didnt see the dragon; plus I noticed that Ryo and Nate Denver (Speed King) both had their names on the car in some sort of fashion, with Nate's being his full name on the back windshield, and Ryo's being on the right side of the trunk area.
