Vinyls On Windows

I have Need For Speed Pro-Street for PS# (I would have posted in the PS3 section but thought I would get better results here) and I noticed how some cars have vinyls on their windows. I could get decals on the windows but can't say the same for vinyls. Sometimes it happens and I don't know how I did it. Can anyone help me out?

It's been a while since I rented ProStreet (PS2), but I remember an option to automatically move a vinyl to a specific section of the car, such as the hood, front-left fender, right door, roof, etc. Maybe there's a window section. Or I think there was an option that lets the vinyls overlap onto the windows, or if you turn it off it acts like a cut-out, going around the window?

Also, I see some cars have body upgrades that I don't have (Like the hood on some of the After Mix Cars)? Is there a way I can Unlock them.
