VIP Contents from owning past NFS titles

My EA account on both NFS Shift and HP are the same one i'm using now but I never entered the Online Pass for HP. Would I still be able to get these contents? Reason I ask is because I'm not sure yet if i want to use the Online Pass for S2U.

Your EA Account needs to know that you've played both games online, which probably requires you to activate Online Pass.

yeah I understand you need use the S2U Online Pass to access the VIP contents, I'm just wondering if I will get the rewards from HP if I never used HP's Online Pass but I did have the same EA account and if that will still work.

As stated in the link paytonlow posted:

"To qualify, you must use the same EA Account for each eligible game and have logged in to your same EA Account to play that eligible game. To receive your rewards, you will need to be logged in to your EA Account and have redeemed your SHIFT2 UNLEASHED Online Pass code. To check if you've received rewards, go to the NEED FOR SPEED VIP section located in the EXTRAS of your copy of SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED."
