Right now I just broke 402kmh on SSR7, but i'm really terrible at tuning, so I know it can do better. I have a really soft suspension, tranny set to 430kmh and max downforce. I'm sure I have something way off, so can someone give me a good tune or at least some tips? I'd appreciate it.

Thought I remembered reading on here that higher downforce gives a higher top speed. Guess I shouldn't believe everything I read. :ouch:

Downforce can be goofy.

FWD cars hate it, some AWDs hate it, some (but few) RWDs hate it, most RWD and quite a lot of AWDs love it... At least as far as rear downforce goes.

It's probably related to stickier tires giving a higher top speed.
Grip=Top Speed.

Do FWD like front down force?

So does this mean I should add a wing and put downforce on it or keep the wing off?

EDIT: Just tried it with and without wing on SSR7 since I don't have X. Without wing I got 410kmh. With I only got 403. I guess it's because of the limited space. Thanks for the help everyone. 👍

Wing helps on SSRX for some cars.

May also be due to not having enough downforce, as goofy as that sounds.
