Viper act under 9 ssrx?

I was in a room earlier and someone said that gt5 patched vipers getting under 9 seconds unless you use skid recovery force. That fastest I've got so far was 9.016 but can't get under 9. Can someone show me a pic of a viper getting under 9 secs that was today or a recent day. No Skid Recovery. Thx. At the top I meant ACR

Thats a bit too fast for the ACR. fastest on the boards is a 8.986

Thanks to Retro's launch gimmick, most people can get down to 8.981 or 8.980 and it will look legit. Won't make it any faster on Indy though.

Personally I think that's how a few people on the other leaderboard have posted some of their super fast times but I could care less now that I haven't been actively tuning. I might actually find a room today if anyone is up for hosting one.

HMU, should be on later tonight, probably about 9-10ish and then on for a while after. Gives you some times to yourself for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

What was the launch thing that Retro had done? Sorry, I don't know what that is as I don't do nooby stuff like that when I tune or launch.

Basically he shifts into 2nd right before the launch, and the car sort of 'bogs' but its faster

in my opinion its not any more nooby than the countdown launch trick. anything to get a faster ssrx time that does nothing for indy would qualify as nooby.

its just a shame, pretty much all the big names were flaming him for a good 5 pages, basically forced him to tell everyone how he does it.

Look people have ssrx tunes and Indy tunes as a separate so stop crying because one tune is set to do that 'sneaky launch' which isn't at all a cheat and beats your time.

If you wanna prove to the world how good your full throttle car is race them. Don't have a cry about it here. 👍
