There are a couple things you can do.
1) get a better viper (gts-r if you dont have it)
2) Tune the suspension
3) get the upgraded brakes
4) turn your brake balance up a bit.
5) brake early
6) turn off ASM and TCS
Its an amazing handling car once you are at speed (its not an F1) but it requires a delicate touch.
Fully Tune it tweak it abit and there you go, take special care on courners, brake hard and accelerate around the corner to maintain grip and come out of the couner at speed..........
