Does any one know the code to get the Viper GTS with blue and white stripes?

Yeah, that was weird, they have a picture of a blue one with white stripes on the back of the case, but not in-game.

At least me black/silver one looks great.

I may be wrong here, but i believe Dodge didn't make blue & white cars for the '99 season when GT2 came out, so it's not in the game. A hybrid chop-shop master may be able to get around this, tho. *

There is no "hidden" blue-and-striped Viper, unless you perform a Race Modification to a Viper GTS. You get two color, choise, one of which is a nice, tasteful-looking blue one with an American flag on the side.
