Ferdinand Porsche built prototypes for his car of the people. He made some for zundapp like the the typ 12 in 1932. But in 1935, Porsche built the typ 60 v1 and v2 which were only 2 cars. The v1 was a closed sedan, and the v2 was a cabriolet. In 1936, Porsche built the typ 60 v3 which was identical to the v1 but made a a few dozen of test cars. He worked with the German government and tested them through the alps with successful results. Afterwards, Porsche built the w30 prototype of 1937. In 1938 Vw was found. The type 38 and 39 prototypes were made in 1938 and 39. After wwii, the vw type 1 was made.
