Wal-Mart Stealth NSX code - Why on earth so expensive?

I'm interested in a Wal-Mart Exclusive stealth NSX code but noticed they're ridiculous on eBay. Anyone know why?

I don't really have anything to trade right now except Paypal cash. If anyone wants to sell the code or car for a few bucks. Let me know.

Doesn't that code come with the game if you buy it from Walmart anyway? Or was this some pre-order thing?

The code were pre-order only.
These people who are bidding ridiculous amounts on these codes are going to be really pissed off when they are all released as DLC in a few months.
