Hi all,

This is a request for those in the UK.

Does anyone have a PS2-PS3 memory card adapter?

The adapter is used to upload and create virtual memory cards on the PS3 HDD and to transfer PS2 game save data to the HDD too.

The adapter is only needed the once in order to upload the data and so i'm reluctant to buy one.

Would anyone have one that i would be able to borrow and return to it's owner please?!

I'm to be found in Bristol, so anyone around the area would be awesome, but i would (up to a limit) be willing to pay postage to get one sent to me and then return it to its owner!

If anyone can help me, please post a reply on this thread or PM me!

Yours in hope (i really don't fancy starting GT3, Concept, GT4P, GT4 and FFVII all over again!)

They are quite cheap. Why don't you go purchase one like the rest of us.

;)

It could quite possibly be worth buying and keeping, depending on what you plan to do.
Just buy it?

I know that asking to borrow one is a cheeky request, my reasoning behind it being, if i can avoid spending £13 on something i'll probably only use once. Money which could well be put in the G25 fund!

i'll give this way a bit of time and see the responses, if nothing comes of it, i'll buy one!

I suggest buying one. Although I haven't bought one, I never saw the need to buy one, as I never play PS2 games on the PS3. However, as the others have said its hardly expensive and if need be once you've finished using it you could sell it on Ebay and make back some of the money.

It would be great if they had one that was like from loan from a council library or something!

Its worth it if you haven't got anymore working PS2's

I think they go on ebay as speedster said for reasonable prices, hell you don't even need to buy the official one and those are even cheaper...

I found a decent one for you, its currently on Ebay, not going to link it as I have the feeling its against the AUP or something like that, but it is on a Buy It Now for £1.99 and the postage £3. Although it isn't an official one it certainly is cheap. I'll PM the link if you want.

Thanks very much everyone!

opinions and suggestions are much appreciated.

I've chatted to a mat of mine this morning and we're going to split the cost of one. Can't complain at that can i!?
