The 2J is an untrable car. The only way you car. There are 3 ways to get one. One is a glitch ticket, two is a '70 Birthday Ticket and the third is the borrow glitch. You can do a Google search to find the tool to permanently borrow a car. The 70 Ticket your odds are 12:1. I'm not absolutely sure if the glitch ticket still works.
