Alright! I just got back and it was packed full of the brand new 2003 cars. Almost every major car company was there showing off their latest and greatest technology and they were trying to convince everyone (even me, and I can't drive) to by their make/model. The new Mazda 6 was probably the highlight. It was very sporty, yet luxurious.

I also took a look at the SRTs form Dogde. Really great price (nicely equipped and under $20,000).

They had two 350z's there and I had to take a seat in atleast one of them. They both had the "Touring" trim and that included a navigation system. The navigation also would tell you about all of the car's stats (oil pressure, oil temp, how much gas you have left, tire pressure, and when you need to get the car taken in for an inspection. The seating was extremely comfortable and almost too roomy for a two seater.

They also had a SCCA rally Subaru Impreza WRC. They wouldn't let you in, but it was close enough on the turntable to touch.

Other car makers included, Buick, Cadillac, Chevorlet, Chysler, Ford, GM, Jeep, Lincoln, Mercury, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche (locked the doors so you couldn't get in the car), Saab, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo, Acura, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Infiniti, Kia, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, and Toyota.

Did you happen to catch the Volvo S60R?

To give you a frame of reference, duo17, that'd be the oddly-painted Volvo sedan with huge wheels.

I actually did see it, but it was on a turntable, so I didn't get a close up look. I don't care for Volvos much so I really didn't look at it. It wasn't oddly-painted, but thanks for the reference though. Most of the cars had a sticker (price, options, etc.) in the window but this one didn't. It did have a little table full of info but, like I said, I didn't really care to look. It seemed like they put the Volvos, BMWs, Mercedes, Jaguars, Mitsubishis, Isuzus, Suzukis, and Porsche all off to the side by putting them on the lower level. Chevorlet had this really odd new concept. I'll try and get a pic for you guys.

the SSR concept is actually about 2 years old. it does have a very cool retractable roof that stoughs away into a very compact compartment that doesnt take any room away from the bed.
