Gaxa or Coolfreepages? I'm using Angelfire right now and they just suck. They won't let me use CGI(for Ikonboard or whatever) and they won't let me link to files(pictures). Input needed.

You can always try Spaceports.
They give you unlimited space with php, and cgi access. All for free
Its a good place.. check it out.
(space is applied in 20mb increments, which means you start out with 20mb, but when you need more, just request it. Its all free.)
