The challenge seems to be in the uploads that differ, along with the cryptic message.

We've been playing with this at work for a few weeks (we don't like soccer much) but can't really figure a way in. The most exciting idea we had was to run them as a cumulative filters... presuming you start at null. The problem is that you don't know what you don't know and without an inspired (or very lucky) guess you won't know if you see what you're looking for... I think...
