Will there be a practice session before Saturday?

There will be a session tonight, although I need to find out who is going to run it.... Have a job interview that I need to prepare for so I'm unsure if I will be there

Also while on this thread (as I have looked many times 👍) I was wondering if you were going to be starting another WEC series on GT5 or will you now be waiting for GT6? I would join this current series but it is too far through the season to be thinking about starting now and it clashes with other commitments anyway.

Also 1 more cheeky question , why are you calling the series the WEC when there are no true 'endurance' races (I.E. 4 hours +)?

Also lack of cars (1 for LMP, 1 for GTE) put me off a little would prefer to be able to jump straight in the main WEC series (I am aware I must compete here 1st) as there is a better selection of cars to choose from 👍

answer one:
We will be running another series but it will be run on GT6, both of the wec and feeder are designed to run up to the launch of GT6, we do however have to looking into the details of GT6 to understand where to go from there

Answer two:
We call it the WEC as it refers to the muli-class racing system thats in place. Not many people have the time for 4 hour races as many people have real world commitments and we dont want to kill the talent pool over something silly like that.

Answer 3:
this is the feeder series, you look through motorsport and pretty much every feeder series is single spec racing cars so it shows up the talent behind the wheel and not the car, as for the choice of cars, they are not the easiest to setup or drive which also shows up talent.

As I said I would like to join but this will conflict with other commitments at the moment so I will just keep a watch to see how things progress and will keep a very close eye out for the next WEC on GT6

Beat of luck with the interview! Decline the job offer if it interferes with online racing. You've got to keep your priorities straight, you know?

Due to commitments and the time this event is running,I can't attend the race unfortunately.If it started 2 or 3 hours earlier I could have turned up.But moving time back would make it tricky for the aussies to get up early enough.Anyway I can't come for 3 hour events,due to how late it is.Anyway have fun

P.S I wasn't looking forward to it as I struggled with traction when I tested a week ago,and sorry for double post.

It will be close enough to run to the 100lap mark

yes, run on soft and in the 5 mins before race start switch over, but you cant go into settings to do it... it must be driving options
