With all the online races I've done having their start times based around GMT, I might also have to start living on GMT.

 Its much easier then you think,

These cars are too fast for this track with two classes imo. It may work out.

It would be no different to watchin/ particpating in an ALMS race at Lime Rock Park, If everyone uses patience and ettiquette it will go as planned,

Just reading through this, I didn't spot a start date. Is one set or is it still TBA?

Not this weekend, the weekend after, If That suits everyone, I think the sooner we start the better,

are we planning on starting a test race this weekend dave??

We can if people wish too, Seeing as Blancpain ain't racing,

Does anyone know about countdown timers? This would make things easiest,

Yea I'm screwed this weekend too, I have my daughter so I'm just slipping by knocking out Jstc without getting into trouble. Next weekend I'm open Gate Series is over so I have that time slot.

Along with the R8, does the BMW LMR count as an LMP or GT-1 as it seems to be stated as an LMP everywhere I looked... Just some food for thought to get the most number of different cars in the series

That was what I was thinking. That means, if we have a grid of 16 we could run one Audi R8 and the BMW. However, we do need my GTE drivers first, good shout!

Definitely an LMP, the only questionable car is actually the Toyota GT-One (the hint's in the name). But it's so much closer in style and speed to LMPs it might as well race with them

The GT-One was a GT1 but in 99 they convered it to being a LMP after 98 where the GT1's destroyed the LMs...

Which day? Because I might be running an ISCC session on Sunday at that time... feel free to come along

ISCC and FIA are both premiere, so Its up to you. Some guys I know join FIA events make them feel as real as possible. If you launch a FIA GT4 series the drivers could start there and graduate up to FIA GT3 with me, and then move on to FIA GT1 with Seth when there skill are hardens. The only problem is we are running out of room on the weekends. Us drivers need to clique up and start something unprecedented. There is only enough room on a weekend to run 4 series 2 on Saturday and 2 Sunday realistically. And any man who does all 4 races in 1 weekend is either single or has his household on check in a way I never seen before. I've pulled it off a couple of times. The problem is also that some drivers want a different challenges so they start series and leave series then come back again. The fix to this issue which is what I'm working on now is we have to run these series like the inside of a micro processor. When a micro processor or a phone line wants to squeeze more info or callers on the same piece of line or apparatus they use a functionality called multiplexing?,. How you pull this off is we can have up to 8 series going on only using 2 weekend days and only to 2 race slots per day. which would be 7pm GMT and 12am GMT or the most driver turn-outs! if we all link up and plan it out, we could spin it like this. Every series is ran every 2 wks. every other series is ran 2 wks but in-between the opposite 2 wks. For example?, I run my GT3 wk1, you run GT4 at the same time slot the next week. Drivers are still racing every week but a different car/challenge per week so they don't feel like their missing out on different experiences. you could set this up for all 4 series per weekend equaling 8 series being ran all at the same time and everyone gets to drive everything with out having conflicts and time to practice for all series without needing extra practice time during the week. I'm going to show an example of this with my Blancpain event mixed in with Gp2 at the same time. :sly:👍 Btw I'm a electronic engineering major!

I noticed the Audi R8 prototypes aren't mentioned. Are they eligible?

The R8 'O5 Was far to fast to be used, But I'm about to embark on some spec checking to see how far off the mark I would be in it, as well as the R10 (the premium) which was deemed far to slow,

However, Seth, can I get you to post the specs for it,

Yes the Toyota is a GT-1 car, But it was only made to compete in Le Mans, By doing this Toyota could exploit the rules of GT-1 and destroy the competition in the 24 hour, Without having the restrictions on it that may have been placed on it if it competed in the WEC, And because of its outright speed it hangs with the other LMP cars very well,

i would say the BMW LMR is an LMP

The BMW is an LMP car yes, Um can't really remember why its not used:dunce:

They would be but atm all spots are taken for LMP unless we get a 14 - 16 grid

As discussed around an hour ago via PM, If more drivers wish to go in LMP then it will be allowed, But we need atleast 6 GTE cars before I will allow 10 LMP cars,

Which day? Because I might be running an ISCC session on Sunday at that time... feel free to come along

We can work around each other,

Seth, can you please PM me the spec's for,

BMW LMR,
Audi R10 premium,
Pescarolo GV5 or what ever,
Audi '05
And any other forgotten LMP cars please,

With LMP's I figure start everyone out at 542hp 900kg, add weight or subtract power as they need. Cars like the Bentley needs ballast added, so 940-950kg with the same power, or drop 10hp. Cars like the R10 need no ballast but need power added, so 552hp stock weight (562hp I suggest for the non-Stealth R10). Pescarolo is good where it is. Toyota TS020 should be 532hp as it's the fastest in the straights but about average in the handling. Audi '05 is tricky because there really isn't a way to police using the 'extra rear wing'. I think 532hp stock weight for that car as well.

Yes, did you not know you can purchase a wing in GT Auto for the R8 '05? You can also do it for the Pescarolo Hybride, but it doesn't seem to help much for that car.

this sounds excellent. I'll sign up for the peugeot 908 team oreca. Just one little problem isn't the Toyota GT-one a 90s GT1 car. The toyota was only entered in lmp for 99 because there was no gt1 after mercedes killed everyone. Could we do it a bit later because that is 5:30 am for us isn't it.

Can't do it later for the "International time constraint's" As for me I knock off work at 4AM, Home for 5AM on track at 5:30AM, it fits,

There are 2 currently, the additional 2 cars will be up on the OP within 24 hours,
