Big on understeer(hopefully not) :scared:

Doubt it.

Even though I rarely get into the mini, I did manage to test this combo. :dopey:

It really is nice. 👍

Really smooth throughout all of the turns.

In fact, if you were to run it without any understanding of the game, this car on this track would feel like a FR without any oversteer yet no understeer.

Well... it's 2:50 am.
I'm gonna check a few threads then it's off to bed.

Talk to you guys whenever, lol.
Till then,
later. :D

I guess I'll be the guinea pig.

24.548 / 53.286 clean

T1 wasn't very good, but it was my best last 2 sectors by over a half second.

T1's are usually 24.4xx. I did see ONE 24.3xx in about 30 laps.

Times should be close this week.
I'm running 5 or more consecutive laps within a tenth. :odd:

I'll definintely be doing this one. I like the low horsepower races a lot better than the high horsepower races. It's a lot easier to maintain a quick line while improving in other areas.
Great combo Kent!
Edit: Anyone got some settings yet that I could use?

It's going to be a realy close one on time. I'm goint to work on it to.
Let's have some more fun...

I did some research and found I did 24.621 / 53.419 on T3 tires back in April (GT3mich won that race on T7s @ 24.278 / 51.715). I'll add the T8s and see how I do tonight. 👍

Tried some of my own settings and got saw a T1 best of 24.32x and a T2 best of 52.3xx

hahahahaha.....if I learned one thing from my Mini Cup I organized a few months back it is that I know jack **** about tuning a Mini.....hopefully I'll get some time in for this one this week.

BTW - whoever here ran my Mini Cup, we ran this exact combo, though some choose harder tires for it....

Great combo, Kent. 👍

After first session my fastest splits are:

24.4
52.8

Nothing saved yet.

In the Mini cup, I did a 52.565 on T7 with some strange settings.

:D Please HELP!!! I know "Jack" about tuning FF Rides & normally avoid them like the Plague! :grumpy: But this one's just too "Cute" to pass up & after all it IS in MY Avatar!

T-1 = 24.081
T-2 = 51.990

Boy is MY Face Red!!! :embarrassed: :embarrassed: :embarrassed: THANX eggmann! 👍
I "built" a Mini real quick w/MK's & had 40 HP TOO MUCH!!! (Shoulda known as my T-Times were too good to be true!) :irked: Fixed it, ran about 15 more Laps & edited the stats above....UB57 :D

Im in.No times yet cause I have to rig my Racing green Mini first.Ill have some times ready later.
👍 Deep`Reverse is a total laugh of a track, looking forward to dance down the tunnel-forest-straight

So I start by spending 1½ looking for my Xport disk, the the USB acts all crazy on me, then I finally get my card backed up, edits the file, Exchanges some Skyline for the Mini, restores the save, boots up GT3, buys all the parts, heads out to Deep Forest.

Only to learn I've forgotten ALL about GT3 due to GT4P :grumpy:

First clean T2 @ some 55.9 sec..... 👎

You cannot buy it. You have to win it from the Beginner League Lightweight Cup or the Amateur Euro Championship.

Yeah, I won it at the Amateur Euro Championship. Its easy and only 5 races with 3 laps per race. I use a F1 car :)!

Clean!

alright, I just checked my garage again, I do have it. I just ran 4 laps with the thing on stock setup (full tune, just no adjustments to the settings). Got this set of times with it:
T1: 0'25.487
T2: 0'54.041

This is with the stock suspention with out adjustment but tuned gearing (just moved it to 20) and I am running better than I did with the tuned suspention. Weird, I probably just can't tune my setting right.

Enough for today.... Getting that Mini round DF II gets a little annoying.. Instead, a picture of a friend of mines Mini Cooper.. Makes around 100Bhp, and the Weber carb sounds AMAZING !....

And Kent, May I suggest - "Big on Heart" ?

Big on heart works. 👍

Also, I don't have settings now, but I put some into the car and will be able to report them later on when the game is playing.

Regarding my time...

51.6

A good bit to come off, but not from me since I am done with this (atleast for now).

So good luck this week fellas, and have fun... It's not every week that you get to run the WRS in a Mini. ;)
