Thank you for taking part (if you did ;) )

This week the winners are no real suprises. :)

That was close Tuff 👍. I'm happy it wasn't for a win or a podium

Congrats to you, fast racers.
Laguna still has much success it seems.

And congrats also to the new div 3 drivers who joined Firestarter, though he was really fast compared to them.

Congrats to the podiums.

And thanks, Kent for this fantastic combo. 👍 One of the most enjoyable and fun, I have been racing in the WRS.
Well, actually there have been several of them, so I better give you a couple of extra thumbs up, for keeping the show going at this high level. 👍 👍

Good to see some of team GTP as the top 3 👍 And congrats to other division podium finishers :)

I put in very little effort for this round (30 mins or so) and my time reflects it :D

Nice run Ron and Kent, I thought the Div 1 times would be alot more bunched up...I had a feeling I got the last 2 corners very well, and I suspect that it made the difference for us three.👍 If I would have discovered that there was actually a difference between the two cars sooner than I did I could have shaved more time off as I found it much easier to be consistant with the Calsonic, which gave me lots more opportunities to nail those last 2 corners while ahead of my ghost:)

Arco's got quite the time on GT.de with that 1:13.9, but it is beatable...maybe some other day:mischievous:

Nice job to all those who participated, it was fun as usual:cheers:

Sorry to have ruined the colour code for Div1, forgot to submit the car with my time. I was in the Zexel as well, just couldn't seem to break on through that 1'15 barrier :grumpy: though.
Congrats to all the podium finishers in all divisions, nice to see some competition in Div3 again!

Wow, i spent 20 minutes on this race and somehow I got second... Shows the enthusiasm of Div III racers...

Div 2 is really tight again ... I love it. Great racing all :)

Can I nominate HighonPSI to move up to Div 1? He's hogging the top step of the Div 2 podium ;)

Well what do you know;after all my conscience tussle over which time to submit - it wouldn't have made any difference to my position.(I had a 1:15.8xx but not fully clean)
I'm surprised to be as high.Must have had a blinder in the last sector!! :)
PAL replays attached. Both ZIP files have a MaxDrive file(original) and and XPS (converted using new XPs to Max converter)
The 'dirty' one is a faster time, but I'm not sure whether the turn after T1 would have been legal or not.

Thanks
As with many of you I am happy to see the team doing well in these races. :D

I also agree with you cfm, arco is beatable on this combo... That's for another day though. ;)

Also, what's up with the difference between the cars?
Ron mentioned that the Zexel would be better, but I ran the calsonic faster for most of my laps... what gives? :D

And if the difference is big enough I just might go back and try the combo again.

Of course, I am leaving out one thing... My replay.
I will come and post my replay soon, not sure exactly how soon, but soon. :D
Until then,
-

:grumpy: I'm not so happy with my result bur Firestarter.....WHAT A TIME!!!!!!Keep it coming and you'll land in div.2(keep them coming buddy 👍 )

It was fun,,,,,,,,again :)

@NielsG had a look : nice. Interesting technique with staying on the gas and braking at the same time...might try it!

@Mr P : Just awesomely clean, and neat. [chants to self] Must try harder :ouch: , must try harder[ends chant]

:ouch: Sloppiness, not technique. I'm just to lazy to move my thumb so far. On rare occasions it's OK, but most times just make my breaking distances longer. I am really working on getting rid of it again. :dopey:

I checked in the data logger and to me, the lap is dirty.
If you manage to pause the replay immediately after the front right wheels bounces in the dirt (you see a dust cloud when it does) and then change the view, you can see that the front left wheel is also off track.
Did anybody else check it ?

@flat-out : Thanx. Yeah I came to the same conclusion. When I changed the camera angle to 'above' it looks like its off as well. I was pretty gutted as I was pleased with the rest of the run. :banghead:

Edit : interesting too is that of my posted replays, the dirty has been read 4 times, and the clean one read 0 times.
I'm posting 'dirty' replays more often!!!! :D

Same for mine : it has been read 0 times (but the time is definitely crap). I already have some dirty replays for week 86, if someone's interested.

BTW, I prefer to waste a good lap on an early turn than on the last turn.

I saw the replay too, sometimes I have the same problem.Clean? walltouch?
Unfortunate this one was "dirty".I placed a comment about the replay in the ARS:week 2results.Somehow I thought it was Niels replay.

Congrats to Mr P, Kent, CFM, and everyone who drove slower than me. ;) Another fun week. :D Well done to HoPSI and Firestarter for your division wins. 👍

I prefer the last corner. That way at least I get to practice the rest of the track and don't have to re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...re-start...
