can someone explain to me weight distribution in the simplest way please... I have been playing with it and I cannot tell what it is doing to the car I can't see any difference at all! but would like to know how it works and is it necessary to have on all cars?? :indiff:

TIA all...

it is NOT required to have it on all cars.

If a car is especially heavy at one end, it will cause the car to push or oversteer (heavy in the rear causes oversteer, heavy in the front causes understeer).

If your car has a strong weight bias (FF is front biased, MR is slightly rear biased, and RR is more rear biased...) you can add weight at the opposite end to adjust the car's handling balance.

Yep, what he said. The RUF RGT and BTR are both RR platforms. The key to get them set up properly is to add weight over the nose. Check out this thread regarding RUF settings- https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=60072
