I am hoping someone has tried this, so I don't have to buy 2 cars and mod them both, to find out if the final weight comes out the exact same.
I was wondering if I brought a car and applied all the weight reductions 1st then modded it fully, if the final weight would be the same as if I applied say all the tuning mods 1st then applied weight reductions.
Is the final weight always the same regardless of how the mods are applied, even though some modded parts may be lighter or heavier than a standard component.
I understand it may only be a few kg, but it is totally possible to end up at different weights.
I just don't want to spend 100,000's of credits that I don't have to find out.
The main reason I am interested is I like light weight cars, and a few kg translates into a good few hp per ton. If it does not make any difference I will start doing weight reductions 1st.
Is there any more quirks in GT like the oil change giving you extra hp, does doing weight reduction 1st or last give a weight lose boost?
