Well I think my DFP finally died

Had been having several problems with it for awhile now and just a few mins ago I was in the middle of a game with it and suddenly lost all force feedback. Tried disconnecting and re-connecting it but now it doesn't do the self-test anymore and the left LED just flashes when I plug it in . My PC isn't reading any of the button inputs anymore either, not even the rotation of the wheel or the pedals.

This truly sucks. I'm not technically proficient at all so I have no idea how to fix it, if it even can be fixed. I was just in the process of getting back into NR2003 so I could compete with a friend of mine. Now that my wheel is broke and I'm up here in my apartment alone with no money, its going to be a long and boring Christmas break .

Well, if it's not responding at all anymore, you may as well take it apart. Maybe you'll get lucky and it's just a loose connection somewhere. If not, just hope you get enough Xmas money to buy a G25!
