What android phone/device for Ispeed?

I am looking for a cheap but efficient android device/phone with 5 to 6 inch screen to use it for Ispeed/Irace Dash. (WiFi is a must)

I used to use Xoom for Ispeed, but now, when I got triple screen rig, there is no enough place to mount it in a visible place. So I would like to use something smaller, with good/fast Internet browser.

I will appreciate any good suggestion.

I finally decided to use my Xoom for iSpeed/Dash Meter Pro. Here is what I ordered

There is also the option to use a small dedicated USB monitor. I've got a 7" screen which I paid $70 for mounted on top of my center monitor with simple double sided tape. I use my old Samsung Galaxy S mounted on the bottom left of the monitor just to the left of my wheel for iRaceDash which I love because in addition to telemetry I also get pit control screens for adjusting fuel load, tires, and in car adjustments very easily.

I also use a monitor, the 7" Liliput for iSpeed telemetry. Then for the time being I use iHud on my iPhone for oil pressure and water temperature. Once a dedicated rev burner comes out for mechanical gauges I will make a dash and flush mount them. I do not like the digital gauges, never have and never will.
