in your experiance is the best drifting cars in their drive train class, and what did you do to them to make that way?

Pulling the most impossible links - BTR '86
Most Consistant - Z4 MCoupe '08
Most Competitive - FD3S

The best drifting car is the one you put the most effort in using, tuning, and learning all of its tendancies. Its all personal preference.

Oddly enough, I have the most success drifting with an autozam az-1... fully upgraded and with comfort tires... its slow, but its very easy to break traction...

Suprised myself this evening with the PSN down, having alot of fun with the 07 Mustange GT Coupe.. i'm not an experienced drifter but i've been putting it near anywhere I want it.

Am finding I drift non turbos better... i'm guessing its the not having boost kicking in.

370Z is what I learned and continue to use at the most ease. The FD is also very easy to use, but recently I've discovered the NSX, a pretty stable handling car and very predictable.

I started with the '06 Viper, but as far as the most fun drifter that I've used that requires little to no tuning other than CH tires is the '97 MR2, either the GT-S turbo or the limited. I use both, I have the turbo fully tuned and the Limited has only the semi racing muffler on it.
They are easy to learn with and are alot of fun to drift.
I found them so much fun on GT5 that I bought a '92 SW20 irl :)
