What are you stockpiling credits for?

For me, I hear the 250 GTO and F40 may be appearing soon. I'd also like to get the Jaguar to finish off that trophy.

If there’s ONE millennial characteristic that is on full display in regards to this game…. Is that I spend credits almost as fast as I make em’.

Currently buying doubles, and triples of the UCD lot, and some of the Legend cars. One car to leave stock. One car to throw the kitchen sink at. And one car to do more of a “street tune” which usually entails sports suspension, brakes, exhaust and ECU… with a hotter cam and some head work. I try to keep the mods on my “street car” reflective of what you’d find IRL.

The F40, white powder from S America an arsenal of AK47's and some more cheap eastern european refugees to live in my basement....

Then I have all the legendary cars. Even though will probably never use a fair few of them... kind of an OCD I guess :D.

In the back of my mind that PD may continue to release new expensive legendary edition vehicles as time goes on... assume they will.? But that will be more manageable as will only be the odd car from time to time, I assume?

I want to have all cars in GT7. So far, I have all pre-2001 UCD cars and all but 10 LCD cars. In the central dealership I have most invitation cars and am starting to buy the historical Gr1 cars and some of the more interesting super cars. I have spent about 160 million credits so far and have some 220 cars. I usually plan ahead what I want to buy next and just collect enough money for that and spend it.

Escudo, 2 F40s (thanks to some of the guys in legendary cars refresh thread), 2 240Z 432, LFA (if it ever comes in future updates) and some of the cars from UCD and Brand Central.

I'm grinding my way to a balance of 100mil. Currently just over 75. Once I hit it I'll finish collecting the LCD cars I don't already have and then hit the dealership. I'm pretty sure I've got everything from the UCD already.

I'm sure it sounds stupid, but I figure once I'm at 100 then if I spend 20 or 30 the grind back to 100 won't feel so bad. I'll also be more likely to do a few more races without caring about the payout.

you hit those numbers driving or scripting?

I've been using the script, don;t think ever gone above around 35-40 mill, as buying the ledge cars when they pop in depletes it quickly... only f40 left now, sitting on 30 mill.

Hi,
I don't save Credits. I get them, then Check what I can get and get it. Target: getting all Cars :D

I am at 223 Cars currently ... Having all Invites Cars, all Standard new Cars and getting now one UCD, LCD and New Racing Cars one after the Other.

Lets See how far I can get ...

Just the F40, Suzuki VGT GR3 and Escudo Pikes Peak currently. I'm sitting on around 8 million so that should be fine for those three.

I've already got a large amount of cars (150ish) especially the older ones in the UCD. So I feel like it's time to actually start getting to know those cars rather than just collecting more.

At this moment, the McLaren F1 GTR, 8.5 Million/10 currently. Tonight will be done. After that just saving.

Not overly excited about the Escudo, as rally is $... and should be to draggy and fuel thirsty for anything worthy (like a 600PP setup for Tokyo on some comfort tires, those big wings should limit top speed and will be always pitting for fuel, I guess)

I haven't a specific target, as written in a previous post (here or in reddit) thE expensive and uneusefull cars are the last ones to enter in my garage.

Anyway, in the fiirst chapters of GranTurismo where I was capable to stockpliling more than 100 millions as personal challenge, This wasn't possible in gt5-6-sport due to the credits limit. In GTSport i used to buy a full stock of veyron near the 20 million limit in order to overtake the issue (for me the credit cap has been always a [censure] ) ..

Only need to repeat that 4 times to get them all!

Currently only the Escudo Pikes Peak is on my wish list

I've inched above 22m now and will try and keep my balance around that mark if possible until the McLaren F1 comes back around again. It's the only unicorn value car that I really want. I will also probably get the ford and jag to complete the trophy

Driving. Mostly Spa and LeMans. I have given Sardegna a bit of a run too since I got the CLK, it's a pretty sweet drive on that track. Maybe 5 or 6 mil tops on Tokyo with the Tomahawk, I just didn't enjoy driving it.

I did try scripting back when they nerfed the ranch, but didn't have much luck with it. Maybe got a mil or 2 at most.

I've only bought LCD cars I really wanted so far, plus the ones I needed to get platinum of of the way. I also got all the invite cars out of the way when they were available.

I'm pretty sure all the cars I want to buy will appear in the LCD whilst I am on holiday. Imagine that, not being able to buy a game artifact like a car because you're not online at the right time. :-(

Nothing special actually, I already bought all the cars from the brand central that I wanted to, I just need the option to sell like 70% of my garage and clean it up, leave only the cars that i race. And of course, waiting for the 787B and couple of other legendary race cars that i missed to buy.

I only drive for fun, I don't force myself to grind, and I always have 20+ mil in my account just in case something interesting pops up at Hagerty.

I bought two road McLaren’s and have every other car in the game except the F40. I want to buy a second 250GTO, and Shelby Cobra to keep them at their standard width. I may get two F40s as well. I’ll need another ~15 million to have enough.

Edit: of course the new cars coming this week as well.

Use the remote play app - that's what I did

Hmm, does that work on mobile phone as well? I seem to remember trying out a mobile phone remote play app, but I can't find it now.

EDIT: found it but the app just doesn't connect even if it "knows" my PS4 as being the same as the Windows remote play application. I'll test some more on another network later.

Nothing specific. I have the 3 legendary cars.
So I am generally trying to get over 20mil (currently at 7).
Overall target is to get all the cars.
Medium term is just to get all the cars that were not in GT Sport.
But I get distracted and buy shiny things, or cars I need for a specific race.
My generally rule of thumb is to only buy a car up to the value of half my savings and then build it back up again.

I hope the Pikes Peak is less that 4mil.
