Not as good as the first one, but few sophomore efforts are. 7/10

Tonight's gem should be... something...

I'm a little more excited than I probably should be.

I am watching The Boys. Why does everything need to be stretched over so many episodes. It’s like we can’t enjoy a nice story without it being dragged out so long, sooooo long. It’s like watching one episode to look at 1 step in the story.

So I don’t get the hype for this show. The idea is nice, but the gore and violence is only once surprising. But overall it is a bit cliche…
5/10

The Monty Python YouTube channel has been very quiet over the last few years but within the last few days they are starting to post some classic skits.

Saturday's double header consisted of two perfect movies (perfect casting too) directed by master directors: Guillermo del Toro's Pan's Labyrinth and Mel Brook's Young Frankenstein. I obviously themed this leading to today's viewing of Frankenstein on Netflix.

Just when you thought that Youtube channel had shuffled off its mortal coil...

I'm very torn on what I would rate it. On one hand, it was much more enjoyable than I was expecting but on the other, I have no intentions of watching it again...

Guess I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and go with an 8/10.

Other than Monsters Inc. I believe the last Bully Crystal movie I watched was Forget Paris, 1995.

That one was cute. It was the first time I put Marge Simpsons voice to her human face. Couldn’t remember anything I saw her in from the Simpsons debut in The Tracey Ulman Show to 1995.
